Sometimes it is helpful to have a consultation with a psychologist to get a better sense of what is going on with you.  In addition to initial intake appointments, I offer one-time consults. This consultation can take place over a single session or a couple of sessions.  During this time, you will share information about your life and your symptoms and I will provide careful feedback and recommendations for you. You will learn information about any potential diagnoses you may have as well as gain insight about yourself.  My recommendations may be that you seek psychotherapy or other services (i.e. further testing, coaching, medication). These consults may also take the form of short-term therapy if appropriate - just a handful of sessions to get you on your way!

I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
