I work with adolescent and adult clients, treating anxiety, depression (including postpartum anxiety and mood symptoms), ADHD and eating disorders using evidence based treatments.  These include CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), Maudsley family therapy (FBT), schema therapy, parent coaching, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) skills training.  These strategies (CBT, DBT, ACT and others) are supported by research as being very helpful in reducing distress and promoting active coping.


Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional psychologist can make things better. I am a mother of two, and all too familiar with the challenges of stress management and dealing with daily chaos.  I care about your well-being and provide you with empirically-supported tools that can help you learn how to tackle even the most difficult circumstances.
