I work with adolescent and adult clients, treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and ADHD using evidence-based treatments. The therapy approaches I offer include CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). These strategies (CBT, ACT, and DBT) are supported by research as being very helpful in reducing distress and promoting active coping. Additionally, I work with new and expectant parents and offer comprehensive support for parent's mental health and burnout (keeping our sanity is important!)
